Shipping and returns
Delivery
- Your order is processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
- Metropolitan France: tracked delivery in 3 to 7 business days, €4.90, free on orders over €59.
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days, €7.90, free on orders over €79.
- Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days, €12.90, free on orders over €119. Outside the European Union, any potential customs duties or local taxes requested upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
- We ship worldwide.
If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages: tracking information for each package will be sent to you via email.
Free size exchange for 30 days
Doesn't fit? Write to us within 30 days of receipt: we will send you a return label and the correct size, free of charge. The product must be clean and in good condition.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, without having to provide a reason. Notify us by email, then return the product within the following 14 days to the address we provide. We will refund you within 14 days, including initial shipping costs (at the standard rate). Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a size exchange.
Damaged or defective product
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Send us a photo: we will replace or refund it.
