Measuring takes 30 seconds
Wrap a tape measure just behind the front legs, at the widest part of the chest. Note the number in centimetres, without pulling tight.

Three steps before the first race
Canicross can be practiced in a club or solo. Here is the essential information to get started.
The right age, the right dog
Wait until growth is complete (generally 12 to 18 months depending on the breed) and have the veterinarian perform a check-up. Short-nosed dogs do not tolerate physical exertion well.
Harness first
Have him wear the harness at home, then on walks. Teach him a few simple commands to move forward, turn, and stop.
Short, expensive, frequent
Start with 2 to 3 km on soft ground, early in the morning. Avoid the heat and burning asphalt, bring water, and check their paw pads after every outing.

Yes: the items offered for sale are in stock and ship quickly, within 1 to 2 business days. If a size happens to be out of stock, we will notify you before shipping, and you can choose between waiting, changing sizes, or getting a refund.
The size is wrong, what should I do?
Size exchanges are free for 30 days, provided the product has not been damaged. To request one: your account (icon at the top right) › your order › "Request a return," specifying the desired size. We will send you the return label and the new size.
You may also withdraw within 14 days and receive a refund, as provided by law.
Which harness for canicross, which one for hiking?
The "Gramat" is a pulling harness: it distributes the load when the dog pulls in front of you. The "Quercy" is a walking harness with a handle and a front ring, for walking by your side.
At what age can my dog start running?
After it has finished growing, generally between 12 and 18 months depending on the breed. Ask your veterinarian for advice before starting.
How do I wash the equipment?
Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C in a mesh bag, without fabric softener. Air dry, away from a radiator.
