Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days after receiving your order (or the last parcel if it arrives in several parts) to change your mind, without giving a reason.
How to do it:
- the easiest way: click “Withdraw from the contract here” at the bottom of every page. You choose your order in your customer account (sign in with a code received by email, no password), confirm, and immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the date and time of your request;
- or write to us at contact@pataroc.fr with your name, your order number and the items concerned;
- or use the model withdrawal form in our terms of sale, by email or by post to Pataroc, 8 bis rue Abel, 75012 Paris.
We then email you the return address, which depends on the warehouse the item was shipped from. Do not send anything before you have received it. Send the product back within 14 days of your request, complete and, if possible, in its original packaging with its tags. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund you within 14 days of your request, including the initial delivery costs (at the standard rate), using the same means of payment as for your order; the refund may wait until we receive the parcel or your proof of shipment. A product used beyond trying it on may lead to a deduction corresponding to its loss in value.
Returns and exchanges: 30 days
For 30 days after receipt, you can return a product in new condition, unused and with its original tags, to exchange it (for another size, for example) or get a refund. Contact us at contact@pataroc.fr before any return: we will send you the return address and the instructions. Return shipping is at your expense.
Once we have received and checked the product, we send you the new item at our expense or refund the price of the returned product within 14 days. Our size guide helps you choose right from the start.
Defective or non-conforming product
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Send a photo of the defect to contact@pataroc.fr: we repair, replace or refund, and return shipping is on us. If the parcel arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days with photos of the packaging.
Product unavailable
If an ordered item turns out to be unavailable, we let you know by email and refund you within 14 days, or offer you an equivalent if you prefer.
Dispute
If we cannot find a solution together, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator named in our legal notice. Details are in our terms of sale.
